To provide those delivering the Facilitator Development Programme with important background for the future direction of this programme, and to agree standards that will apply nationally
Outcomes
You will be able to
- Identify the links between the Facilitator Development Programme and the relevant stages of the STEM Learning CPD Quality Mark
- Develop strategies in your delivery of FDP days 1 and 2 to support participants in achieving Associate Facilitator through stage 1 of FDP.
- Recognise through sharing practice, common approaches to the delivery of days 1 and 2 of FDP
