Summary
Effective tracking enables you to shape your approach to maximise student attainment.
During this course you will learn a variety of strategies to track and improve students' progress, by developing an increased understanding of how to use data, this will enable you to track progress more effectively and improve outcomes.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- consider high impact strategies to identify and improve progress in science
- develop your understanding of how to use quantitative and qualitative data to effectively track the progress of your students
- explore the use of a range of strategies which support progress in science

Notes
This series of twilights will explore effective approaches to improve the progress of key groups of students, with each session focusing on a different group:
05/10/17: Low attainers
03/11/17: High attainers
30/11/17: Girls and Boys
14/12/17: Pupil premium and EAL students
Each session is also available to book as a single session. Please search RA213 on the website to book single sessions.
When booking the whole series at a cost of £225, schools will be charged per school, enabling multiple members of a department to attend all sessions, or specific staff to attend different sessions at no extra cost.
