A sense of chemistry NN015 / B17
Summary
Chemistry can be defined as the study of matter and how that matter can undergo change. Explore the fun and excitement that can come with studying chemistry, looking at simple investigations and experiments that demonstrate various fundamental principles of science.
The sessions will highlight the fact that by understanding chemistry children can better understand the world around them and how it works. The idea is to give pupils opportunities to develop observation, co-operation and experimental skills through hands-on investigations which lay the foundations of chemistry.
