Summary
All attendees at this rocket make and take activity will take back a rocket launcher to their school. The session will provide some teaching tips and ideas to back up parts of the curriculum including equations of motion and energy transfers.
Please note that the rocket launcher also needs a bicycle foot pump that will not be provided.
Outcomes
You will:
- have a wider understanding of how rockets can be used to teach investigative skills at KS3 and KS4 physics content including equations of motion and energy transfers
