You will be able to:
- appreciate the role of working scientifically in the science curriculum
- implement strategies for eliciting children’s understanding.
- appreciate progression in working scientifically.
- implement the use stories and poems as starters for working scientifically.
- appreciate the different types of enquiry children can engage in to explore the world around them
- implement strategies for planning, resourcing and organising enquiry for supporting children in asking and answering their own questions
