Printing difficulties

Hello has anyone else experienced reading and printing difficulties with the CATTS PDF files?

I can look into this for you. Is it the actual CATTS files that we sent you that you are having problems with?

Good Morning Vash, yes it is the PDF files that were sent.  They are very pixilated on the screen and this is then mirrored on any printouts.  I was hoping to use them in a meeting this Weds but unless resolved I can't for obvious reasons.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll aim to solve this for you but in the meantime would you like me to print and send some copies to you? I have missed todays post, but I can do 24 hr delivery for Wednesday morning? Just let me know how many to send you. My email address is v.soundur@stem.org.uk if you want to let me know how many, and where you want them to go. 

I've got a few possible fixes to try and resolve the problem. Different versions of Adobe behave slightly differently.

Fix 1 - Could you go to "edit" then "preferences" and the 3rd option down is "rendering" and there is a drop down box for "smooth text". Please ensure "for laptop/lcd screens" is selected. This is a common solution.
