What is Prezi?
Prezi.com describes itself as “a cloud-based presentation software that opens up a new world between whiteboards and slides. The zoomable canvas makes it fun to explore ideas and the connections between them. The result: visually captivating presentations that lead your audience down a path of discovery.”
The Prezi website has lots of great tutorials and guides, a great place to start is their 'Get Started With Prezi' page and accompanying video tutorial.

Hi, I work in the Staff Development team at the University of Sheffield. and I have used Prezi a fair bit for delivering presentations. The key thing that I have found when using it is that you shouldn't treat it like Powerpoint, and that it works most effectively when you want to make a point visually. I put together this Prezi for use within my department to explain how I use Prezi.
