CyberCenturion: Cybersecurity competition for 12-18 year olds.

Posted on behalf of Steph Aldridge, Education Liaison, CyberCenturion & Diversity Lead, Cyber Security Challenge UK

CyberCenturion is a cyber defence competition for 12-18-year-olds that is led by Northrop Grumman, in partnership with Cyber Security Challenge UK. Now in its fifth consecutive year, CyberCenturion is the U.K.'s first team-based cybersecurity contest specifically designed to attract 12-18-year-olds.

Join us at our CyberCenturion 2018 Roadshows to find out how you could mentor/lead a CyberCenturion team or support a local team. Being a CyberCenturion Team Leader is simple and easy with our help and you do not need to have previous cybersecurity or IT knowledge in order to lead a team, but if you wish to be a mentor, STEM/cyber knowledge would be beneficial.

The networking event is open for anyone 18 or over; and is aimed at teachers, club leaders (Guides, Scouts, Cadets, after-school clubs), parents and industry professionals with an interest in supporting groups of young people with STEM activities. We also invite anyone in local Chambers of Commerce, councils, education boards or MPs to come along and find out more.
