Another year - What does it hold for you? Have your say now!

Hello colleagues

I hope that you have taken advantage of a lovely summer and come back enthused  with lots of energy and ideas!!!

What issues are important to you as you reflect back and look forward? Crystal ball gazing is never easy but what do you think the next 12 months will bring and how will it impact on you? What needs to happen within your HEI, Regionally and across the UK.

What additional help and support do you feel you need to continue with your career, provide excellent serives with increasing demands and manage your ever increasing workload.

Be brave and tell it how it is and we can see if others feel the same and discuss where we go from here.

They are exciting and dynamic times in HE and in my view particularly Technical Professionals but we are still trying to break through. There is a glint in the kindling so go on and stoke that fire.

You may be new to this arena so please join in and check out previous topics posted here. They are still relevant and I and other colleagues would apreciate hearing and you sharing your views and opinions.
