Scottish (University of Strathclyde) Student Centred Customer Service for Technicians 25/6/18

Dear Colleagues

I am working with HEaTED to host a brand new and exciting development session:  ‘Student Centred Customer Service for Technicians’, which is due to run on the 25^th June 2018 and I would like to give Scottish Universities the opportunity to be first to book places.  To help us keep the cost of the session as low as possible, Strathclyde are covering the cost of the venue.  The course fee is £275.00 pp for HEaTED members and includes refreshments and lunch.
