Servicing and Maintaining Routine Optical Microscopes

Would you be interested in attending this course in Scotland? If so, please let us know by replying to this post.

Getting the right results from a microscope is dependent to a large degree on the condition in which it is being used. If wrong results, false discoveries and incorrect diagnoses are not to be made, this course will show you how to provide maintenance for the microscopes you use or look after and make sure they are set up correctly so that they can perform as they should. The course includes presentations with projected images, live demonstrations and practical experience. This course can be offered as a full or half day course.

Hi Maureen,

We don't currently have a course set up to run in Scotland - at the moment we're just trying to guage interest and if there is enough we will look at setting up a course.

If you have a number of staff interested at Abertay, we could look at setting one up for you to run there. Do you have many people interested in taking this course?
