Brief: The regular HEaTED Regional Network Meetings are an invitation for technicians, allied specialists, technical managers, and staff development colleagues to work together, bringing their experiences and expertise to discussions on issues like training and development, models for best technical and strategic planning and practice, proficiency standards, and changes in HE policy and practices.

Theme:  The meeting is intended to impart a clear understanding of the “nuts & bolts” of achieving Registered Science / Engineering status, including the role of the awarding bodies, and the options for technical staff in the creative, arts, and media disciplines.  We will also discuss the pivotal role of HEaTED as a key training and development provider for technical staff.
