HEaTED East Midlands Regional Network Event - University of Lincoln

Hi all,

I hope you are all keeping well.

I would like to start to plan the next RNE and wanted to know if the week commencing 7th September would be suitable for most people. The event will take place at the University of Lincoln.

Also, thank you to everyone who attended the last RNE in Derby. I hope you all found it useful.

I wondered what theme or topics you were considering to cover in this event.  Publishing a draft program would help members decide if it is relevant for them to attend and in some cases seek support from managers for time off and transport costs. I look forward to seeing what you hope to cover at he next RNE.

Hi Mark,

The theme for this RNE will be clinical skills, although there will be an update about HEaTED and Professional Registration. I aim to try and explore different areas (science, arts etc) to keep these events interesting and relevent all technical staff. Although the focus for this RNE is clinical skills, anyone interested can attend as RNE's additionally give an opportunity to network, share best practice and learn more about how HEaTED can help with professional development.

Thanks for the advice about publishing draft agenda. For futrure events I will try and keep everyone more involved for the reasons you stated. I have completed the agenda for this event - please see attached file.

I would be grateful if you could circulate this to staff at Nottingham Trent University.
