Travel Information: There is currently a road closure from the city side of the museum which may affect your journey if you are arriving by car. Please follow the link below to the NRM website for directions. Please note, access will be restricted from the side of Leeman Road as work is being undertaken on the rail bridge. There is a diversion in place, so please allow extra time. Pedestrian access is unaffected.

All delegates should arrive at the Car Park Entrance (opposite the main visitor car park on Leeman Road).
Audience: Technical Staff, Technical Managers, Technical Team Leaders and Staff Development Professionals from HEIs across the Region.
Aim of Event: To enable technical managers and technical staff to meet and network with colleagues in other HE/FE Institutions across Yorkshire and the North East, to discuss current developments in Higher Education that are pertinent to technical staff, to share good practice and to undertake personal development. The theme of this event is ‘communication’; raising our own awareness of the difficulties in communicating and learning how we can improve our own communication skills.

14.00 – 14.30 CATTs: working with HEaTED’s competency assessment tool
