14.00 Address by Professor Simon Howell, Executive Dean, Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, King’s   College London

Tour 1 – Zebrafish Aquarium, Hodgkin Building (maximum 8 delegates) One of Europe’s largest standalone zebrafish facilities, accommodating up to 50,000 fish, and equipped with innovative automatic feeders. Tour 2 - Nikon Imaging Facility, Hodgkin Building (maximum 10 delegates) A core facility for light microscopy developed in partnership by King’s College and Nikon Instruments.(www.kcl.ac.uk/innovation/research/corefacilities/smallrf/nikon/index.aspx.)

Tour 3 - Gordon Museum Gordon Museum of Pathology, Hodgkin Building Presentation and discussion on science museum issues in the largest medical museum in the UK (www.kcl.ac.uk/gordon/index.aspx.)

Tour 4 - General  & Historical campus tour A tour round the campus, visiting Thomas Guy chapel, the colonnade, New Hunts House teaching facilities, Memorial Gardens, Henrietta Raphael House and Hodgkin Building

Tour 5 - Wolfson Centre for Age Related Diseases (maximum 10 delegates) Tour of research facilities investigating neurodegenerative diseases, loss of hearing and pain (http://www.kcl.ac.uk/ioppn/depts/wolfson/index.aspx)

15.20 Return to Life Science Museum, For update by James Nobes, Membership and Networks Manager: HEaTED discussion, feedback.  Followed by wine reception and networking
