50 Problems in 50 days: http://50problems50days.com/grid
Peter Smart (@petewsmart) is on an adventure - to explore the limits of design's ability to solve social problems, big and small. He attempts to solve 50 problems in 50 days using design. This website was tweeted by @nic_dooley and is a great example of how you can find design problems in everyday life. Peter wakes up everyday, finds a new challenge to solve and uses pictures to document the process. For anyone looking at preparing students for the new D&T GCSE NEA this summer, this is a great example of how designers find problems and one persons approach to generating new products / systems to solve them.
