New free face-to-face STEM club support

STEM Learning have launched a programme to expand their STEM club provision to secondary schools. Following funding from Gatsby, we have appointed 22 STEM Club 'Champions' across England who will deliver a series of STEM Club CPD workshops to staff from state-funded secondary schools, FE colleges and sixth forms across England, supporting them in establishing and developing their STEM subject clubs. The first four of these workshops are now available and Champions will be scheduling these over the coming weeks:

- Getting Started

- How to be successful and thriving

- Enhancing employability skills and careers knowledge

- Measuring impact and gaining recognition

Further workshops will become available throughout the programme, which runs until July 2023.

The Champions will also be organising networking events, putting STEM Club Leaders in touch with each other to share ideas and good practice, and to put them in touch with STEM Ambassadors who can help support their clubs.

Find out about the workshops and book on, or contact your local Champion by clicking on our map on our new website: https://www.stem.org.uk/stem-clubs/workshops
