Salary: £17k - £21k dependent on experience
We are looking for an exceptional receptionist with excellent administration skills to join a dynamic and diverse central administration team who support STEM Learning Limited.
Our ideal candidate will have previous reception experience and a good level of education.
Customer service is at the heart of all we do here at STEM Learning, whether this is dealing with internal staff and partners or external customers. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously as well as part of the wider team.
With many different systems used across the business we require someone who can demonstrate excellent IT skills coupled with the ability to pick up and work with new systems quickly and easily along with the adeptness to multi task and successfully manage your own workload.
Applications will be considered from full and part time applicants, however applicants must be able to work Thursdays and Fridays 9-5.
- Welcoming and directing visitors and course participants
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers and collections
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe reception area
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Assembling course packs

Remuneration and benefits
Salary £17k - £20k, dependent on experience.
