Salary: £17k - £21k dependent on experience
We are looking for an administrator to join a dynamic and diverse central administration team who support STEM Learning Limited.
Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, a good problem solver and highly organised assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner. The ability to work as part of a large busy team and show exceptional communication skills is of high importance given the strong customer service aspect of this role.
Previous office or administration experience is not essential, however you must possess a good level of education and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills coupled with the ability to pick up and work with new systems quickly and easily along with the adeptness to multi task.
- Administrative tasks from across all areas of the business
- Event administration and management
- General administrative support including word processing, data input using spreadsheets and databases.
- Liaising with internal and external customers by email, telephone and face to face
- Uploading marketing, course and event information to our booking system
- Project administration including the provision of reports and analysis of data
- Supporting CPD course processes.

Remuneration and benefits
Salary £17k - £21k dependent on experience.
