Central Support Administrator, York (full or part time)

Salary: £17k - £21k dependent on experience

We are looking for an exceptional administrator to join a dynamic and diverse central administration team who support STEM Learning Limited and The National Centre for Computing Education.

Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year’s previous office experience and a good level of education.

Customer service is at the heart of all we do here at STEM whether that be dealing with internal staff and partners or external consumers, so strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously as well as part of the wider team.

With many different systems used across the business we require someone who can demonstrate excellent IT skills coupled with the ability to pick up and work with new systems quickly and easily along with the adeptness to multi task and successfully manage your own workload.

Our team supports:

  • Administrative processes and procedures for internal and external partners
  • Event administration and management
  • General administrative support including word processing, inputting data onto spreadsheets and databases.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers by email, telephone and face to face
  • Uploading marketing, course and event information to our booking system
  • Project administration including the provision of reports and analysis of data
  • Supporting CPD course processes

Remuneration and benefits

Salary £17k - £21k dependent on experience.
