Running Science and Engineering Events
From the British Science Association, these resources give useful guidance and tips for running a public engagement in science event. This could be as part of the Association's annual National Science & Engineering Week (NSEW). Two guides are included in these materials.
Guide to running your event: This booklet covers some of the major points to consider when planning an event. It looks at questions including:

* Who is the event for?
* What to do?
* Who to work with
* How much will it cost?
Science on a shoestring: This document is designed to act as a guide to running an NSEW event or activity, on a shoestring budget. It contains information on areas such as:
* Booking a presenter or activity
* Free resources
* Getting funding
* CREST awards
* Ideas for activities.
